
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of beef, boiled with all spices and shredded
- 1 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder or chat masala
- 2 teaspoons of chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon of chopped green chili
- 2 teaspoons of chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together with the boiled beef.
- Add a little oil to your hands and shape the mixture into balls.
- Take each ball and press it gently to flatten it slightly.
- Dip each ball into beaten egg and coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry the balls in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
- Once done, remove them from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Your delicious beef balls are ready to be served.
