Beef Balls:

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of beef, boiled with all spices and shredded
  • 1 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder or chat masala
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped green chili
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together with the boiled beef.
  2. Add a little oil to your hands and shape the mixture into balls.
  3. Take each ball and press it gently to flatten it slightly.
  4. Dip each ball into beaten egg and coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep fry the balls in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
  6. Once done, remove them from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  7. Your delicious beef balls are ready to be served.
