Ingredients:
For dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Lukewarm water
- Oil
For toppings:
- Assorted vegetables/capsicum of different colors
- Onions
- Cooked/shredded chicken pieces
- Sausages
- Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- Oregano
- Crushed black pepper
- Black olives
- Tomato sauce

Instructions:
Preparing the Dough:
- First, warm the milk and mix in the sugar until dissolved. Sprinkle yeast over it and let it sit for 5 minutes covered.
- After 5 minutes, add flour, sugar, and salt. The yeast should be a little frothy. If not, the pizza crust won’t rise properly.
- Knead well with oil. Make a smooth dough and keep it in a large bowl, covering it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Making the Pizza:
- Prepare the toppings by chopping the vegetables and slicing the onions finely.
- After an hour, when the pizza dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 3 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a thick disc like a roti.
- Spread tomato sauce over each disc and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Add capsicum, chicken pieces, sausages, and onions on top.
- Sprinkle some more cheese over it and then add oregano, black olives, and crushed black pepper.
- Heat a pan and place the pizza on it. Cover and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Then reduce the flame to low and cook for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the base becomes crispy.
- Serve hot.
Note: If baking in an oven, preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees Celsius and bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
