Ingredients:
- One or two large tomatoes
- Half a tablespoon of vegetable oil or olive oil
- A pinch of dry chili flakes
- Four to five cloves of crushed garlic
- One tablespoon of sugar
- One tablespoon of vinegar
- Half a tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Method:
First, blend the tomatoes to make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add tomato paste, chili flakes, crushed garlic, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Cook well until the sauce thickens.
