Peri peri chicken

Ingredients

6 pieces of chicken thighs

 Peri Peri sauce 

2 red bell peppers

3 large onions, chopped into small pieces

2 tablespoons of minced garlic

A pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of sugar

3 tablespoons of paprika powder

1.5 teaspoons of chili flakes

1/4 cup of tomato sauce

2 large cloves of garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon of ground black pepper

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

how to cook:

**Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

**Marinate the chicken pieces well with this blended paste and let them sit for 1-2 hours.

**Heat a pan on the stove and add a little oil. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken pieces and cook them until browned.

**Cover and cook over low heat. Flip them occasionally. Once both sides are evenly browned and slightly crispy, remove them from the heat.
