Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 3/4 teaspoon of chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Oil for frying
- Water as needed
- 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:
- Remove the crust from the bread slices and cut them into triangles.
- Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth batter (similar to a smoothie).
- Dip the bread slices into the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
