Watermelon & Malta/Orange cocktail, Jeera Water, Cucumber Mojito

Ingredients:

*Watermelon pieces 4 cups
*Malta/Orange juice 2 cups
*Sugar 5/6 table spn (or as wish)
*rock salt a pinch
*lemon juice 1/2 cup
*orange/malta zest 1 tsp
*Chilled water 1 cup
*Crushed ice 1/2 cup
*Ice Cube 5/6 pieces (for gurnishing)
*small piece of malta (for gurnishing)

Method:

*In a blender mix all the ingredients (except ice cubes & lemon juice).blend it well.

*now strain the solids from the mixure with a strainer or a piece of clean & soft cotton cloth.

*Take the serving glasses.keep 2 ice cubes & orange/malta pieces(for gurnishing) into the glasses.

*Pour the cocktail into the glass.Serve & enjoy.

Jeera Water:

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of jaggery
  • 4 teaspoons of whole cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered cumin seeds
  • 3 glasses of water

Instructions:

  1. First, crush the cumin seeds and boil them in water to make cumin seed decoction.
  2. In another pan, take 3 glasses of water, whole cumin seeds, and jaggery, and boil on the stove for 7-8 minutes. Once the jaggery melts, remove from heat and let the mixture cool down.
  3. In a jug, mix the boiled jaggery and cumin mixture with sugar (if desired), lemon juice, and the previously prepared cumin seed decoction. Stir well to combine.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve in a glass with ice cubes and sprinkle powdered cumin seeds on top.

Cucumber Mojito:

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 1 cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons of mint leaves
  • 1 glass or 250 grams of soda water
  • 1.5 glasses of cold water
  • 7-8 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of beet salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. Take a few slices of lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves in each glass. Mash them together with sugar, beet salt, lemon juice, and cucumber juice using a muddler or the back of a spoon.
  2. Then add half of the soda water and half of the water.
  3. Prepare the remaining glasses of Mojito in the same way.
  4. Serve with ice cubes.
